The Ignite Fund is administered by 3Arts staff and a team of two independent contractors. Sidney Mori Garrett (she/her) is the 3Arts Manager of Programs and a Houston-born, Chicago-based curator, arts administrator, and artist. Marcia Festen (she/her) is a consultant to arts philanthropy, an arts advocate, and a painter. Kerri Malone (she/her) is a native Illinoisian with a background in community development and the arts.
